As seasoned professionals with a combined 29 years of experience, Jeff and Weston have a broad real estate background.  Jeff realized his passion for real estate in the late 1980’s while investing in the recovering real estate market.  He obtained his license in 1991 and was named “Rookie of the Year” at Murray Realtors in his first year. 

His career path later led him to become a founding partner in Uptown Realtors ®, a local real estate company with over 100 agents and three offices.  In 2005 Jeff was awarded the Easterwood Cup (Broker of the Year) by his peers. In 2007, Jeff opened  two national franchise real estate offices. 

Weston began his real estate career in high school working for Jim Duncan in Weatherford, Texas entering data into MLS. After graduating college he worked as the Marketing Concepts Manager for one of the largest automotive dealerships in Texas where he learned firsthand the power of staying ahead of the curve with technology and the importance of a strong reputation.   

His passion for residential sales drew him back as a New Home Sales Counselor for Medallion Homes in San Antonio in 2003.   In 2007 Weston moved to Dallas and joined Jeff's company quickly becoming one of their top salespeople.

Jeff and Weston’s association with real estate goes far beyond helping clients achieve their goals as they are dedicated to actively protecting home owners’ private property rights.  Both are selfless volunteers in contributing many volunteer hours to their industry at the local, state and national levels.  

In 2005 Jeff served as President of NTREIS, the North Texas Regional MLS with over 23,000 members.  In 2007, after serving on the board of directors for 6 years, he was elected President of the MetroTex Association of REALTORS, one of the largest REALTOR associations in the country

Weston was a 2010 Young Professional Executive Steering Member, is a 2011 graduate of MetroTex Leadership Academy, currently serves as the Chair of the MetroTex TREPAC Committee and will be a Director for MetroTex Association of Realtors in 2012. 

During their leisure time, Jeff and Weston enjoy outdoor activities. Jeff can be found hiking through the Canadian Rockies or swimming in the Caribbean.  When not working, Weston enjoys fitness training on the Katy Trail or visiting art galleries in the Design District and Deep Ellum.
